Who we are
My name is Hilary Britton. I first visited Ireland whilst buying horses and I immediately fell in love with the country.
By various twists of fate in 2012, my family and I moved from England to this beautiful part of West Waterford.
Too good not to share
Friends would visit and often marvel at the scenery and tranquility of the area.
With the success of the Waterford Greenway lifting the energy of the tourism locally, we decided it was time to share our home with the world.
Rome wasn't built in a day
Getting this project off the ground has taken a gruelling few years with problems from planning, to funding and even a global pandemic.
However with the support of some great people we finally opened in 2021.
We have been delighted with the incredibly positive response to the venture and are so pleased we took the plunge.
